Angela Brabin is the author of 'The Black Widows of Liverpool' and her talk is a mixture of law and history, looking in particular at the case of the sisters Flannagan and Higgins from Liverpool who were hung for poisoning in 1884. What's for tea tonight!
All meetings, unless otherwise stated, are held at Weaverham Primary Academy, Weaverham on the second Tuesday of the month.

Membership is £15.00 per year. Meetings are free to members of Weaverham History Society, children and students. Visitors are requested to pay £2 at each meeting.
